Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics
- Proven track record of launching profitable tech ventures
- Expertise in scenario planning for exponential technologies
- Deep knowledge of US tech policy and innovation ecosystems
