Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of high-performance systems focused on the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Define and enforce best practices for code quality, scalability, and security in distributed environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge AI models into core infrastructure.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-generation, quantum-ready architectures.
- Conduct deep-dive technical research and proof-of-concept validation for emerging technologies.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Deep understanding of machine learning infrastructure, data pipelines, and edge computing.
- Strong grasp of distributed systems theory, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with quantum computing concepts and future-tech simulation tools is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
