Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives and emerging market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing breakthrough solutions for quantum computing, AI governance, and sustainable tech
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through market analysis, competitive intelligence, and academic partnerships
- Drive strategic partnerships with industry leaders, startups, and research institutions to accelerate innovation
- Present compelling innovation roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for ambitious initiatives

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology leadership with proven impact in emerging tech
- Deep expertise in future-gazing methodologies, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Track record of successfully launching disruptive products or services in competitive markets
- Strong background in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or blockchain
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with ability to articulate complex visions to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field (MBA or PhD preferred)
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, PDMA) or equivalent practical experience
