Responsibilities
- Define and drive the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, identifying key technology trends (AI, Blockchain, Quantum) that will shape our market position.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering, product, and business units on long-term vision.
- Conduct rigorous market analysis and competitive intelligence to anticipate industry shifts.
- Prototype and validate high-risk, high-reward concepts to de-risk our 2026 launch strategies.
- Communicate complex strategic visions to C-level executives and board members with clarity and impact.
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and strategic analysts dedicated to long-term innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Strategy, Product Management, or Technology Leadership, with a focus on long-term planning.
- Demonstrated success in defining and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps for enterprise-level organizations.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize vast amounts of data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering is a plus.
