- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product managers to prioritize features and allocate technical resources effectively.
- System Optimization: Overhaul legacy infrastructure to support high-throughput, low-latency applications required for future market demands.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in software engineering, product management, or strategic technology consulting.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future-Ready Skills: Demonstrated experience with AI/ML integration and understanding of 6G network protocols.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale technical projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
