Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technical vision, aligning engineering goals with business objectives for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI and cloud integrations that will set industry standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and C-suite executives to ensure alignment.
- Resource Optimization: Oversee budget allocation and ensure the efficient utilization of engineering resources across all projects.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential technical debt and architectural bottlenecks before they impact production timelines.
- Process Improvement: Implement and refine agile methodologies to enhance team velocity and delivery quality.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in software engineering with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership or Principal Engineer role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), AI/ML frameworks, and modern web technologies (React, Node.js).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into actionable technical roadmaps with a focus on scalability.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences, from developers to board members.
- Certifications: PMP, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent advanced certification is highly preferred.
- Adaptability: Proven track record in navigating fast-paced, agile environments and managing change effectively.
