Qualifications
- 15+ years in R&D, innovation strategy, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record launching 3+ category-defining products
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Strategic finance acumen with $50M+ budget management experience
- PhD or advanced degree in relevant STEM field preferred
