Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or corporate venturing
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding or grants
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major conferences
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (Stage-Gate, Lean Startup, Design Thinking)
