Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging technology trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish innovation metrics to track ROI and market impact
- Manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field required
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive communication experience
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $10M
- Certification in Design Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
