- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate 2026 strategic vision into company roadmap

Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, blockchain, IoT, biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong financial acumen with ability to build ROI models for long-term investments
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex visions
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) a plus
