Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption in 2026 verticals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with AI/quantum computing teams
- Identify and validate disruptive market opportunities through trend analysis
- Design prototype ecosystems for sustainable urban infrastructure projects
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and external partners
- Mentor junior futurists in foresight methodologies
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or consulting
- Expertise in emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech, or climate tech)
- Proven track record of scaling innovations to $50M+ ARR
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in tech/sustainability journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning and horizon scanning tools
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Strong network with 2026-focused research institutions
