Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 product innovation roadmap with measurable milestones

- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships and investor pitches
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused methodologies
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs on pilot projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product innovation or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record launching market-defining tech products post-2020
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight accreditation
- Exceptional stakeholder management across global teams
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Innovation Management
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ scaled innovation initiatives
- Fluency in strategic forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi, Scenario Planning)
