- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and strategists to deliver breakthrough prototypes
- Identify emerging market trends and competitive landscapes for 2026+ scenarios
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships and investor relations
- Drive product lifecycle from ideation to market launch for 3+ flagship initiatives
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Mentor innovation specialists and cultivate a culture of experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in future trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Proficiency in agile frameworks and lean innovation principles
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech and venture capital ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
