Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 2026-focused roadmap experience
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing or Sustainable Systems
- Proven track record scaling $5M+ tech initiatives
- Expertise in AI ethics frameworks and ESG compliance
- Published research in Nature/Science journals (2019-2023)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or German for global partnerships
