Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap through market research and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable tech)
- Create KPI frameworks to measure innovation impact and ROI
- Present strategic insights to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in futures thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or relevant field
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CMI, PDMA) preferred
- Experience scaling teams and budgets for large-scale innovation projects
