Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap across AI, biotech, and sustainable tech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive concepts
- Identify emerging technology trends and translate them into competitive advantages
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks to investors and board members
- Mentor talent in future-focused methodologies and design thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-transforming products/services
- Expertise in future forecasting, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or PhD preferred)
- Experience scaling teams and managing multi-million-dollar innovation budgets
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ breakthrough innovations
- Certification in Design Thinking, Agile, or Innovation Management
