Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap across emerging tech sectors (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven decision-making
- Conduct horizon scanning to anticipate disruptive trends post-2026
- Drive agile methodologies from concept to commercialization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching at least two enterprise-scale innovations
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Expertise in emerging technologies and market trend analysis
- Exceptional stakeholder management with executive-level communication
- PMP or similar certification strongly preferred
- Portfolio of patented innovations or published industry research
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth environments
