Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and secure budget approval for initiatives
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Mentor junior innovators and cultivate an experimental mindset across the organization
- Measure impact through KPIs like time-to-market, adoption rates, and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT) and future-trend analysis
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous challenges
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Portfolio demonstrating innovation methodologies (design thinking, lean startup)
