Responsibilities

- Design and implement innovation frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with 2026 technological horizons
- Curate and manage a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
- Develop scenario-planning models for climate adaptation, workforce evolution, and digital transformation
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in innovation management, strategic consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex interdependencies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi methodologies
- Proficiency in strategic visualization tools (e.g., Futurist Studio, Trendalyzer)
- Track record of scaling innovation from concept to market impact
