Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy the 2026 technology innovation framework, integrating AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary 'Future Labs' to prototype solutions for climate resilience, human augmentation, and autonomous systems
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for 2026-readiness initiatives
- Establish KPIs and ROI models for emerging technology investments with 10X growth potential
- Mentor a team of 8 futurists and innovation specialists using agile and design-thinking methodologies
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or emerging technology architecture
- Proven track record scaling technologies from concept to $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Proficiency in futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
