- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio across North America and APAC
- Spearhead partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and NASA for breakthrough collaborations
- Mentor cross-functional teams of 25+ engineers and futurists
- Present strategic frameworks to executive boards and venture capital partners
- Develop patent portfolios for next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation leadership, with 5+ at executive level
- Proven track record scaling innovation teams to 50+ members
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or circular economy models
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Tech Review
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Systems Engineering
- Experience securing $100M+ in venture capital or corporate funding
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
