Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic implications
- Design organizational resilience strategies for climate and geopolitical uncertainties
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable roadmaps
- Produce high-impact strategic briefings for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or future-focused planning
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Proven track record of influencing executive decision-making
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published work in strategic foresight or innovation thought leadership
