Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-readiness initiatives
- Produce whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing into development roadmaps
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech roles
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or exponential technologies
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial strategies
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in scenario planning or horizon scanning (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with data-driven presentation abilities
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
