Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight framework, identifying disruptive trends and emerging market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen capabilities
- Create executive-level strategic briefings and impact assessments for emerging technologies
- Architect the company's 5-year innovation pipeline aligned with 2026 market projections
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists through complex scenario planning
- Present findings to stakeholders including the Board of Directors and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Deep expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-growth tech environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (white papers, patents, keynotes)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Trend Impact Analysis)
