- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives across biotech, decentralized systems, and climate tech
- Translate emerging trends into actionable business strategies for executive leadership
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption curves and market disruptions
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders through compelling narrative frameworks
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation strategists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial success
- Deep expertise in at least two 2026-relevant domains (e.g., quantum AI, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication abilities
- Published work in futurism or technology forecasting (whitepapers, journals)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transitions
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACFC or APF) preferred
