- Present executive-level strategic briefings to board members and C-suite stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 transformation milestones
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused technology leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative/qualitative discipline
