- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and strategic briefs for executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation effectiveness and market readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, bio-convergence, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
