- Lead foresight workshops with C-suite executives to align strategic priorities with future opportunities
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and trend reports published in leading industry publications
- Design and maintain horizon-scanning systems to monitor early signals of change
- Mentor junior analysts in futures research methodologies and strategic foresight tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in innovation consulting, trend analysis, or corporate strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic trend analysis frameworks
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists)
