Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic trends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate adaptation and circular economy transitions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align C-suite on future-proofing initiatives
- Produce foresight reports and visualizations for investor boards and regulatory bodies
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic resilience against emerging risks
- Mentor junior futurists while fostering an innovation culture across 15 global offices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Proven track record influencing C-suite strategy with future-oriented insights
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related quantitative field
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Planning (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry whitepapers
