Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging market disruptors
- Author annual 'Future State' reports synthesizing global technological, economic, and social shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to de-risk long-term investments in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Design stakeholder engagement strategies for C-suite and board-level future-state alignment
- Curate and lead the annual 'Innovate 2026' summit with industry futurists and academic partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend impact assessment
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: generative AI, Web3, climate tech, and neurotech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation (whitepapers, journals)
- Proficiency in foresight tools: Delphi method, STEEP analysis, and causal layered analysis
