Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging global trends in technology, sociology, and economics to forecast 2026+ landscape shifts
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational resilience and innovation acceleration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product and business strategies
- Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics for tracking future-readiness and innovation maturity
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global industry forums on future trends
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions and validate market readiness
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with data-driven forecasting tools and trend visualization platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating published future insights or implemented strategic initiatives
