Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate resilience, biotech convergence) to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in emerging sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Publish thought leadership in top-tier journals and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis or strategic planning at tech/consulting firms
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful foresight projects with measurable impact
- Published author or speaker at global innovation conferences
