Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year strategic scenarios through horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize technological, economic, and social foresight
- Develop quantifiable innovation KPIs and monitor emerging disruptors across industries
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board committees
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business roadmaps and product visions
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology and market predictions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technological forecasting
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) required
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
