Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies affecting 2026 market landscapes
- Produce executive-ready foresight reports with actionable insights for C-level stakeholders
- Design and validate future-state prototypes in our Innovation Accelerator lab
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts while maintaining thought leadership in industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or quantum computing convergence points
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, SFI)
- Experience with strategic simulation tools and predictive modeling platforms
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or trend analysis work
