Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technological adoption
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across quantum computing, biotech, and AI domains
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future concepts into viable product pipelines
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish innovation metrics and KPIs for future-readiness assessment
- Manage relationships with academic institutions and innovation partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
- Strong presentation skills with C-level experience
