Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, climate tech, and socio-political shifts
- Present compelling future narratives through executive briefings and stakeholder workshops
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Drive innovation culture by embedding foresight methodologies into organizational DNA
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology forecasting roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation publications
