- Develop scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients across 12 industries
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into strategic roadmaps
- Author quarterly trend briefs distributed to 50,000+ innovation leaders
- Advocate for ethical AI adoption in future-facing business models
- Represent the company at global futurist summits and tech conferences
- Mentor junior futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner Peak)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, PESTLE)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, bio, AI)
- Portfolio demonstrating trend-translation into commercial impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) preferred
