Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 market positioning
- Lead cross-functional scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives

- Author annual 'Horizon 2026' strategic whitepapers and thought leadership
- Establish KPIs for tracking 2026 readiness across business units
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to board of directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Strong background in AI, biotechnology, or climate science trends
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and boards
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio published on 2020-2030 trend analysis
