- Facilitate executive workshops on disruptive innovation scenarios and systemic risk mitigation
- Author white papers and trend briefs on the future of human-AI collaboration and ethical tech governance
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our Innovation Lab
- Represent the company at global tech foresight forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and technology assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related technical field
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption or digital transformation
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Strong network with tech pioneers at MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, or similar institutions
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization or ecosystem disruption
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS)
