Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026 technological adoption
- Identify and validate emerging trends (AI ethics, quantum computing, bio-integration)
- Develop scenario-based models for global market shifts through 2030
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready products and services
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible exponential technology deployment
- Present future insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Mentor teams in future literacy and adaptive innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in at least three exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in futures research (e.g., CFCS, WFS) or equivalent advanced degree
- Exceptional data storytelling with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js)
- Experience leading cross-continental teams in matrix organizations
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
