Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends to forecast industry transformations by 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-state vision
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Create executive-level trend reports with data-driven predictive models
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor innovation teams in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech
- Proven track record of implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
