Your insights will directly influence product development, market entry strategies, and long-term organizational resilience.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, climate adaptation tech) and translate insights into actionable strategic frameworks
- Develop 3-5 year foresight scenarios for industry disruption and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and design teams to align innovation with future human needs
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on 2026+ technology paradigms
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry disruptors
- Advose executive leadership on portfolio diversification and emerging market opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or human augmentation
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published author or keynote speaker on future technologies
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi analysis, causal layered analysis)
