Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum AI, biocomputing, decentralized networks)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 30% faster development cycles
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends with 85%+ predictive accuracy
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and investors driving $50M+ investment decisions
- Collaborate with academic institutions to publish 2+ industry-defining whitepapers annually
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for AI/quantum deployment
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech product development
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends with verifiable impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neural interfaces, or synthetic biology
- Executive-level presentation skills with 50+ keynote presentations
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools (e.g., Futures Wheel, Delphi Method)
