Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops with executive teams to translate foresight into actionable roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for Fortune 500 clients
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups and technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Design innovation incubation programs to prepare organizations for paradigm shifts
- Represent the firm at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
