Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, climate adaptation, and neurotech advancements
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing principles into corporate strategy
- Author thought leadership publications on exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping 2026-viable solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for future-focused R&D
- Present foresight frameworks to stakeholders using immersive VR scenario planning tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies

- Experience with immersive VR/AR for strategic visualization
