Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and demographic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic models for emerging domains: quantum computing, neurotech, and climate resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and business initiatives
- Author annual 'Horizon 2026' reports for executive board and investor stakeholders
- Build predictive frameworks using AI/ML tools to stress-test strategic assumptions
- Represent FutureScope at global futurist forums and academic symposia
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario-planning projects
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Proficiency with predictive modeling tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Trendalyzer)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
