- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends impacting 2026-2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for exponential technology adoption (quantum AI, synthetic biology, climate tech)
- Produce scenario-based forecasts and risk mitigation plans for global megatrends
- Champion cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry dialogues
- Design ethical governance frameworks for emerging technologies with 2026 deployment timelines
- Mentor next-generation futurists and build a future-focused internal capability
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, energy)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
