Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks quantifying socioeconomic impacts of emerging innovations
- Produce quarterly strategic foresight reports with actionable recommendations for C-suite
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Build and maintain expert networks across quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech domains
- Design metrics to track predictive accuracy of strategic forecasts
- Present future-state blueprints to stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related technical field
- Minimum 7 years experience in innovation strategy or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario modeling, horizon scanning, and impact assessment methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research preferred
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities for complex concepts
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and investment committees
