- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Build predictive models for market evolution through 2030
- Represent company at global futurist forums and innovation summits
Qualifications
- Master's in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years in innovation strategy or futures research
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism/innovation
