Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends, societal shifts, and disruptive innovations through 2026 lens
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to guide product roadmaps and investment decisions
- Lead cross-functional workshops translating future scenarios into tangible business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech impacts (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and economic indicators affecting tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-leading products
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic positioning
